The Challenge
I frequently had to search for the same information and repeat the same tasks, which made daily work inefficient. There was no centralized internal tool to streamline these workflows or support experimentation with AI models.
The Solution
Designed and implemented an internal productivity suite during my personal free time. The tool evolved to benefit the broader team, incorporating feedback that led to features such as personal notes, data visualizations, and an AI playground for both proprietary and open-source LLMs. After approval, the project was deployed to company servers, and I contributed the complete project and source code to the company, improving internal workflows and enabling AI experimentation.
Design
- User Interface (UI) Design: Created a clean and intuitive interface using Figma, focusing on usability and accessibility.
- Design system: Developed a consistent design system with reusable components to ensure a cohesive user experience across the application.
- Multilingual Support: Implemented support for multiple languages to cater to a diverse user base within the company.
